Viewers of makeover show Off The Rails will be used to seeing Brendan sporting his trademark straight,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], spiked-up style.
But this week, when he stepped out to launch the forthcoming season of the RTE show, alongside co-host Sonya Lennon,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], he was showing off a rather flat but full,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], swept-to-the-left look.
Brendan was adamant that the new style was not only all natural but was actually achieved more by accident than design,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
"I don't have a new hair-style at all,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," he told the Herald.
"I had actually meant to get my hair cut the day that picture was taken but never got around to it.
"It's ridiculous to say I've changed it,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I would say it's the same as it's ever been, but I'm probably just wearing it a little bit longer at the sides than before.
"I certainly haven't had anything done to it, nor will I be," he explained.
The media personality was also determined that he will continue to lead the fashion pack when it comes to following new trends,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and claims that he refuses to take on board any criticism from his detractors.
According to Brendan: "If I were to start worrying about what everyone had to say about what I wear,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I'd never leave the house again.
"I've been in the public domain for far too long to let it get to me, so I can honestly say it doesn't bother me in the least. All you have to do is take a look at GQ magazine and you'll see what is actually in fashion.
